  • User name and password (for access to the service)
  • Payment data (for processing the monthly fees)
  • Usage data (e.g. e-books downloaded or viewed)

Data processing is carried out for the provision and administration of the e-book download service as part of your paid subscription.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the efficient and secure provision of the service).

Your data will only be passed on to technical service providers who are required to provide and operate the platform. These are contractually obliged to comply with the GDPR. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties.

Personal data will be deleted at the latest at the end of the month following termination of the subscription, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.
